At L·A·Butters, every order is packed carefully with attention to detail.  We keep our inventory level low to ensure that you receive products that are fresh. Most orders will be custom created. Here’s what you can expect:

Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 3-5 business days – most items are made to order
• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships
• Please allow additional time during holidays 
 
Shipping Rates & Delivery
During the hot summer months only USPS Priority and Priority Express are available in order to protect the integrity of the products, which will melt in extreme heat.
• Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
• We currently ship within the United States only
• If you are outside of the USA please send us an email
• Delivery times typically range from 5-7 business days after processing
 
Warm Weather Notice
Our products are made from natural butters and oils, which may soften or melt in high temperatures.
• Please retrieve packages promptly upon delivery
• Allow items to cool at room temperature before opening
• We do not offer refunds for melting, but contact us with concerns
 
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
• Email us at info.labutters@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
• Include your order number and a description or photo of the issue
• We’ll do our best to make it right
