Return & Refund policy
RETURNS POLICY
We want you to love your L·A·Butters purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please email us right away at info.labutters@gmail.com. We will accept returns on a case by case basis within 14 days of receipt of purchase for exchange or credit only. To be eligible for a return products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition. We reserve the right to decline the return request if there is not just cause. We cannot process any returns without first being contacted.

DAMAGES
If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info.labutters@gmail.com. We will gladly exchange damaged orders reported within 72 hours of delivery. Photos of damaged product are helpful.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unhappy with Your Product?
If you’ve tried your product and are unhappy with the results, please reach out to us as soon as possible. While used products are not eligible for a refund, we may offer a replacement or store credit on a case-by-case basis. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re here to help.
